With its remarkable beaches, striking architecture, and an ethos of healthy living and wellness, Santa Monica offers a vibrant blend of work, leisure, and community. Guided by this unique spirit, we partnered with the CEI team to develop the visual identity for their new collection of residential properties in the area.

To champion the visual identity, we chose the radiant Santa Monica sun as our primary muse. The result is a design anchored by a distinctive and recognizable symbol that seamlessly integrates into the energetic tapestry of this vibrant community.
